goat satay
materials prepared include:
• 1 slice goat hamstrings, suspension and let stand overnight and then cut into squares and skewer with satay puncture (if inging soft textured meat, coat with grated pineapple)
Seasonings Offering:
• 4 tablespoons soy sauce
• 3 tablespoons peanut sauce
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Seasonings Nuts:
• ½ kg of peanuts, disangan and discard the skin and mashed
• 1 liter of thick coconut milk
• Salt and seasonings to taste
Directions:
1. Roll skewers in spices then fire grilled three-quarters cooked
2. Served with peanut sauce mixed with 3 tablespoons soy sauce, sliced red onion, sliced chili and pickle
Tips:
• Use a slightly fatty meat for fragrant when burned.
• For tender meat, could be in Presto or in coat grated pineapple taste.
