materials prepared include:

1 slice goat hamstrings, suspension and let stand overnight and then cut into squares and skewer with satay puncture (if inging soft textured meat, coat with grated pineapple)

Seasonings Offering:

4 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons peanut sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

avocado, young coconut, jackfruit (meat) to taste
esbatu sufficiently,
cocopandan syrup to taste,
sweetened condensed milk to taste.

Soto recipe ingredients:

1 kg beef
2 Liter Water
100 Gram glass noodles, soaked in cold water, drain.
100 Gram short sprouts, washed
150 Gram soybeans, soak water until tender and then fried.
3 cm ginger, crushed
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
2 cm galangal, smashed
3 tablespoons soy sauce
